'78 Buick Regal Sport Coupe Webpage
	Welcome to my webpage devoted to my '78 Buick Regal Sport Coupe. I purchased the car in November of 1986 with only 68.000 miles on the odometer. Since then it has undergone a frame on restoration and some performance modifications along the way as well.
	The goal was to preserve a nice running example of an early Turbo Regal. The later model Grand Nationals and T-types receive much of the press and rightfully so, these cars helped revive the American Muscle car. But the GN's had to start somewhere and these cars can be made to run strong as well.
	Currently the car has a run a best of 14.35 @ 99.74 MPH. This was accomplished with the stock turbo and a small shot of NOS just ahead of the turbo. This year I plan to upgrade to a '82-'83 .64 turbo housing and a few other tricks to get that E.T. down. I know that 14's are not all that impressive, but this is at an altitude of around 5,800ft!
